For once, it was not the Swiss that discovered us but the Americans. In 2015, the well-known wine magazine WINE SPECTATOR chose to include us in a small group of restaurants with the world’s most outstanding wine lists.

 
 

We have managed to get over 700 coveted finds.

As a passionate sommelier, I am delighted and honored to have received the coveted award from WINE SPECTATOR. We still have over 700 coveted finds in our wine cellar at 2,181 meters above everyday life, all of them carefully chosen for you by me and our Maître Uli Samm, served at the perfect temperature for your enjoyment.

Sommelier, Anja Zingg, knows and has them all. From far and wide.

From heavenly sparkling pearl wines, divine whites, exquisite rosés, and devilish reds to sinfully heartfelt sweets, we’re sure to have your personal favorite. Some are in a glass, many in a bottle, and more than a few in magnum or small quantities. I would be happy to advise you with our Maître Uli Samm.
